Shipping policy

We know that when you’ve ordered something, you want it to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s how delivery works at Sophie & Ted.

Order Processing

All of our items are printed or embroidered to order. Orders are usually printed or embroidered and dispatched within 5 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2–5 working days after dispatch): £3.95, or free over £75
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1–3 working days after dispatch): £5.95

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to many countries.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • Delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout where available.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking where available. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help put things right.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Delays and Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

We’ll always do our best to resolve any delivery issues quickly and fairly.
